Blue Path Programs & Resource Guide

WHAT CAN I DO?

Here you will find a wealth of resources that will help you to learn more about Florida’s waters and find a local water group to get involved with.

If you are interested in learning more about how and why ETHICS can contribute to the quality and effectiveness of discussions about Florida’s water policy, we recommend that you pay particular attention to the sections that list Cynthia Barnett’s writings and to the section on ETHICS.

The Florida Constitution, Article II, reads: "SECTION 7. Natural resources and scenic beauty.

(a) It shall be the policy of the state to conserve and protect its natural resources and scenic beauty. Adequate provision shall be made by law for the abatement of air and water pollution and of excessive and unnecessary noise and for the conservation and protection of natural resources."
